I officially started this journey on June 9, 2012. That was about 9.5 weeks ago. Exactly 2 months ago, actually. 61 days, to be precise. And I have lost right at 15 pounds.
So starting today, 15 pounds lighter, here are my weight loss goals:
- Lose 7 pounds - this will put me at both MY wedding weight, and be ready for my sister's upcoming wedding. GOAL DATE: September 15, 2012
- Current BMI is 32.2, which is "Obese" range. Lower BMI to 29.6, which is "Overweight" Range. A loss of 15 pounds.
- Lose 10% of body weight. A loss of 18.2 pounds.
- Lose 20 pounds.
- Lose 15% of body weight. A loss of. 27.3 pounds.
- Lose 30 pounds.
- Lose 20% of body weight. A loss of 36.4 pounds.
- Lose 40 pounds.
- Lower BMI to 24.8, which is considered "Normal" Range. A loss of 42 pounds.
